Today, obesity and excess weight continues to threaten the health of one out of three American children.
Sunshine Gymnastics is dedicated to doing our part and finding ways to help
educate children about the importance of exercise and wellness.
The new experiences of taking gymnastics, tumbling or ninja classes will help students increased motivation for learning, the ability to acquire new knowledge and skills and develop stronger ties to their community and encourage a greater commitment to serve as active citizens.
Our low-class ratios will help your child develop the required skills at a faster pace.
